Q. What's the "Go Serve" Ecosystem?
A. First, it's a "human" platform for the HVACR and plumbing industry to unite as one unified human FORCE collaborating to provide mutual benefits to those vendors in the supply channel and maximum benefits to consumers.
Second, it's a "structured" community (industry) primarily composed of HVACR and plumbing contractors adhering to a governing Constitution, helping building owners in the "optimal" management of their mechanical systems, IAQ issues, and IoT.
Simply Stated: It is a human operating platform designed exclusively for the HVACR and plumbing industry to collaborate to bring maximum benefits the industry has to offer consumers...to consumers.
Q. Who is the orchestrator of the ecosystem?
A. HVACR and plumbing contractors.
Q. Why unite as one community?
A. The strength of a community with a powerful FORCE is required to compete with outside disruptors who are inserting themselves between contractors and a chain of vendors engaged in bringing maximum benefits to consumers.
Q. What's the one program?
A. The "Go Serve" Ecosystem's Constitution and its supplements encompass the elements which constitute the one program.
Q. What's the one simple message?
A. Simply stated, the HVACR and plumbing industry is here to help the consumer in the management of their mechanical systems, IAQ issues, and IoT through design, construction, and ownership.
Q. Why the need for a Dog Catcher?
A. The primary purpose and duties of a Dog Catcher are to ensure contractors maintain a strong culture by adherence to the provisions in the Constitution, its supplements, and other criteria to be defined as needed which contribute towards the desired culture.
Q. How much does it cost to become a charter member?
A. Nothing as of now! However, after ten contractors (charter members) have joined and we can better access the cost of operating an ecosystem, a lifestyle fee determined by the council will be accessed by contractors.
Q. What's required to become a charter member?
A. Four things:
First: Contractor employees will wear the MechManage (North Star/Thought Magnet) logo on their uniforms as a clear reminder of the company's mission when interacting with customers.
Second: A framed Vision/Mission statement and Constitution will be placed in an obvious location for all employees to look to as a guideline for their thoughts, suggestions, and actions.
Third: Contractors agree to provide determined by the council data and knowledge to the three silos (design- construction-ownership) that benefit contractors, vendors, and consumers.
Fourth: Contractors provide a letter, signed by the CEO, to the Mayor's office stating that all employees have read and understood the Vision/Mission statement of the Constitution, and its supplements which will become the guiding principles of the company.
Q. Is there an initial or ongoing charge for "Go Serve" club members?
A. No! It's FREE on both accounts.
Q. What is required to become a club member?
A. First and foremost, club members must be recommended by a contractor they serve as a company's customer. Once that happens, the vendor then sends a memorandum of understanding from the CEO to the contractor and mayor’s office that they have read the Vision/Mission statement along with the Constitution and supplements for which all contractors within the "Go Serve" ecosystem agree to adhere/follow. Note: The memorandum should also include words to the effect… our company intends to support and help...Company Name... in their effort of maintaining the Vision/Mission statement, "Go Serve" ecosystem constitution, and the coveted “Dream Seat” with consumers.
