HVACR and plumbing contractors are privy to a treasure trove of data in commercial and residential buildings from the design phase through construction and ownership. It's now time for contractors (united as a group) to harvest, store and maintain this data in a central database.

All HVACR and plumbing contractors in good standing within the ecosystem shall share all benefits resulting from the harvesting of data stored in the design, construction, and ownership silos. Note: This sharing of data shall be extended to member vendors in the "Go Serve" Club who support contractors in maintaining the coveted "Dream Seat" with consumers.

The mayor's experience in the role of shepherding the ecosystem for the HVACR and plumbing contracting industry will be critical to its sustainability. His or her experience must include a resume of performance working in the frontier of this industry and should include interacting face-to-face experience with consumers as an HVACR and or a plumbing contractor.

A clear and concise HVACR and plumbing industry strategy, containing a few major goals for all parties in the ecosystem to fully understand and collaborate towards, is a must for its success and sustainability. There should be no confusion here at all...hence the need for the HVACR and plumbing ecosystem Constitution. Note: See the Constitution for the two major goals.

It's only through the provision of one program and one simple message to consumers, that HVACR and plumbing contractors-united as a group- have the FORCE of an army within a tidal wave of vendors in the supply channel.

Internet of Things (IoT) will become an important tool for HVACR and plumbing contractors in pooling and immortalizing data (determined by the council) in the design, construction, and ownership silos. Accomplishing this collection of data in an efficient and practical way will require the coordination of an IoT director.

A face-to-face relationship with consumers is vital to fully realize the MechManage "thought magnet's" mission. The heart of this mission is helping consumers in the "optimal" management of their mechanical systems, indoor air environment, and IoT. Note: The industrys' benefits to consumers are fully maximized when HVACR and plumbing contractors are enabled to offer their many valuable enhanced services via their unique face-to-face relationship. It's for this reason contractors must hold and maintain the covered "Dream Seat" with consumers.

If HVACR and plumbing contractors are to operate a healthy company (98.6F) which includes; sound finances, CSR, marketing, training and logistics with equipment/supplies, etc. will require help from many talented, skilled, and service-oriented vendors in the supply channel, hence the need for the "Go Serve" Club.

HVACR and plumbing contractors as "orchestrators" of the ecosystem shall show their appreciation to vendor members in the "Go Serve" Club who help contractors maintain the coveted "Dream Seat" with consumers. Note: One of the many potential ways to accomplish this is by supporting vendors by advocating their services to other contractors in the HVACR plumbing industry.

A strong culture is extremely significant in the "Go Serve" Ecosystem...hence the need for a "Dog Catcher." Note: The "Dog Catcher's" task is to locate and help a struggling contractor member who has gone astray and needs help finding its way home to the Constitution its supplements and foundational culture.
HVACR AND PLUMBING CONTRACTORS SHALL ADHERE TO THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS SUPPLEMENTS IN CONCERT WITH THOSE VENDORS IN THE "GO SERVE" CLUB.
